1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the SairisWheels website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SairisWheels provides taxi transportation and tour services from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India. Services include:

• Airport transfers
• City sightseeing tours
• Corporate transportation
• Custom tour packages
• Multi-day travel packages

3. Booking & Reservation

Booking Process:

• Bookings can be made via website, phone, email, or in-person
• Complete and accurate information required at booking
• Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
• Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms

Availability:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all booking requests. However, availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment methods: Cash, Card, Digital Wallets, Bank Transfer
• All prices are in Indian Rupees () unless otherwise stated
• Advance payment may be required for certain packages
• Taxes and additional charges will be clearly disclosed
• All payments are final and non-negotiable

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms:

• 48+ hours before travel: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee)
• 24-48 hours before travel: 50% refund
• <24 hours before travel: No refund
• No-show: Full charge applies

Modification:

Modifications can be made anytime. Changes within 24 hours may incur additional charges.

6. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Be ready for pickup at the agreed time
• Treat drivers and staff with respect
• Follow all traffic laws and vehicle rules
• Not engage in illegal, dangerous, or offensive behavior
• Not consume alcohol or use drugs in our vehicles
• Not smoke in company vehicles
• Take care of company vehicles and property
• Not record others without permission

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability:

SairisWheels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

Assumption of Risk:

Users assume all risks associated with travel. We operate vehicles carefully, but we are not responsible for:

• Traffic delays or accidents
• Weather conditions
• Lost or damaged personal belongings
• Third-party services (hotels, restaurants, attractions)
• Health issues or medical emergencies

8. Vehicle Rules & Safety

• Fasten seatbelts at all times
• Follow driver instructions
• Keep belongings secure
• No eating or littering
• No smoking or vaping
• No loud music or noise
• Children must use appropriate safety seats

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the SairisWheels website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of SairisWheels and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or discontinue services without notice
• Change pricing and terms
• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (payment processors, analytics providers). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

13. Availability & Uptime

While we strive to maintain our website and services 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and updates without prior notice.

14. Age Restriction

Services may only be booked by individuals 18 years or older. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors using our services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
